that's not a fish, it's a fish dish. And I don't know how to prounounce it, but I've heard it said aloud once and I know that the "-puaa" at the end is three syllables--"poo-ah-ah"

hm. Apparently my sources were flawed. It is both a fish *and* a fish dish--specifically, the traditional garlic sauce preparation. Iiiiiinteresting.
