I cut coke out of my diet a few years ago, and replaced it with just water. you'd be surprised at how many people don't drink enough water. Drinking more of it will also reduce your appetite if you drink a glassful before eating. But, if you want an alternative, get a bottled water, and one of those crystal light packets. 0 calories there. :-) And fairly tasty!
