Last night, Dave and I saw Tony Levin and band (Larry "Synergy" Fast on keys, Jerry Marotta on drums (ex- of Peter Gabriel's band), and Jesse Gress on guitar (plays with Todd Rundgren)). In a word: amazing. Set list was much like the new live album they're promoting (Double Esspresso), though in a different order; it included 2 crim classics, a couple of peter gabriel things (including Genesis's Back in NYC), and much from Tony's two Narada releases (and a few suprises). On the website you can download mp3 samples.

Tony also just got a Grammy nomination for Apollo, the first track off his Pieces of the Sun album.

As an FYI, Tony plays for Peter Gabriel (has since Peter's first solo album) and was in King Crimson incarnations 4 and 5 (80s and 90s), and has done tours and session work for Paul Simon, Seal, Pink Floyd, Yes/ABWH, and a ton of others.

I've maintained an internal intranet site for my company, mostly out of my own needs and my desire to experiment with new (well, it was new at the time) server-side things like php, msql, jserv (the predecessor to jakarta tomcat). Seemed rather popular for a while, but I'm realizing its usefulness to anybody but myself has pretty much passed.

The company made me upgrade the web server for the standard "security" reasons (the infamous "buffer overflow" that is present in pretty much every piece of net software on the planet), and that broke the jserv module that was running the front page. Therefore, I'm going to have to take the whole thing down and build up a new service that's mostly just for myself.
