(Real Genius)

Well, after a reasonable night's sleep, I've come up with the new design for my desktop's website, redoing it to fit in with the security schemes the company wants and still getting it to do what I want. Part of it is a new Java oriented blog I'm now running at another site, which provides an RSS feed that I can embed through stylesheets into my own servers site (as opposed to the javascript embedding I get from here for my personal blog).

the two blogs (java and personal) are up and viewable at my desktop machine, along with a static bookmark set which will eventually be also auto-generated.

took longer to get through this much because of that wonderful timewaster, foosball ;-)

phase 2 involves setting up the security for company-specific stuff, which you don't get to see so i'm not going to mention it again. the other thing i need to do is get the calendar working properly again and off of msql which i'm trying to phase out in favor of all mysql.
