...I don't get a red light ticket in the mail.

I was stuck in the center of an intersection in DC thanks to two drunk girls walking across the MIDDLE of the thing - yes diagonally. Thing goes yellow, then red, and I can't move. I see the flash.

maybe they'll see my speed being zero means I wasn't trying to run it. certainly i'll fight it if I have to.

shame the only witness I'm not married to will be back in New Zealand by the time any ticket arrives...

no, as we didn't even think it would be an issue until I saw the flash, just as they finally got off the road and the car in front of me started moving.
