acroyearFrom a performance in the UK in 1980...btw, he's still alive, last I checked. He never formally recorded the song, but it did appear in Tom Foolery and so might be on the long out of print record of that.
Update, it's on the extra material of disc 1 of The Remains Of..., along with the other rarity That's Mathematics.
