...until 12pm to figure out what an air conditioner is and how to turn it on or I'm leaving to work from home.

I'm on the east side of the building. They don't turn the a/c on until Memorial Day usually. Fortunately, we have windows we can open (which is UNFORTUNATE when they open the ones in the bathroom in December).
