rainy election day weather...

...is going to hit Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, parts of Georgia (near Savanah and Jacksonville FL), and much of the northwest.  I see 5 "battleground" states that may have turnout affected.

Yet another variable for the pollsters to throw into their mix, 'eh?

not again! i got caught in the ice storm for the primary election, and couldn't get to my polling place in time (or safely). i will not miss this election, even if i have to stand in the pouring rain.
