Mine's a two-parter from BA 4 (WW1):

Part one:
Percy: Don't you just love that fine newspaper, King and Country?
BA: Yes, I find it to be terribly useful when we've run out of paper in the toilet.

Part two, later in Melchett's office:
Melchet: So, Blackie, what do you think of our fine publication, King and Country?
BA: Oh, I love it sir.  Soft, strong, and thoroughly absorbent.
Melchet: Ah, good, I knew it would be right up your alley.

My other fav:
Baldrick, the renaissance was just something that happened to other people, right?
