Exactly. There aren't just two choices. Yours is one of the classic responses, as is "the glass has 6 dB of headroom". I hadn't heard "needs more ice" (mentioned in another comment below) but that works too.

Folks just get lazy and stop listing 'em at two. Or even lazier and stop thinking at two...
