Just out of curiousity, since there are two sides to a window, when was the last time the inside of the window was cleaned? **ducking for cover** (I really don't want to destroy a good rant, but you know, the inside could be the problem.)

the inside is not dirty at all. its water spots from rain storms we've had and they're all on the outside.

in fact, they keep ranting at me 'cause i won't clean off my windowsill of stuff so they can clean the insides and i'm like "the INSIDE doesn't need cleaning - you keep wasting our time by NOT really cleaning the OUTSIDE"

nobody ever believes me 'til i drag 'em up here but by the time it comes around the next year, they've all forgotten.

just like with my attempts to teach the cleaning people of where to put a damn trash can BACK WHERE YOU PICKED IT UP YOU IDIOTS, this conversation repeats itself with depressing regularity.

I once asked a bilingual coworker help me with a sign for my personal paper recycling bin (or, cardboard box), which I walked down the hall to the big recycle bin once a month. The sign read, "NOT trash. Do not throw away." In Spanish.

Maybe a big tape X on the floor, with the word "trash can" on the tape will help the cleaning people.

As for the windows, well, another year of seeing spots. Sorry dude.
