Actually, because the 4th was smack-dab in the middle of the week, the whole week is turning out to be majorly unproductive. That's especially true when people are taking vacations on either side of it. I had one problem that could only be solved by a guy who was on vacation the first part of the week, and another problem where the guy took vacation the second part of the week.
