Were that it be true that I worked "at most" 15 hours a week! But there is a certain irony in this coming from someone who "earns" $25,000 per one hour speaking engagement in which she gets to spew the patented bile. Three nights work and she's already made more than most professors who, you know, teach. Sad, really.

She must have gotten the wrong impression from talking to my mother. *smirk*

Admittedly, on the schedule, my mother works about 16 hours a week. Well, that's just class time. Then there's lesson planning, office hours, grading (more depending upon how much homework is assigned and how many students are in the classes), conferences, and this is all for four different classes, so she's got to have a different set of lesson plans for each one.

So if you average 30 students per class, four classes, that's 120 students' worth of weekly homework to grade, quizzes every other week, 120 final exams that all have to be graded inside of three days at the end of the semester...

Gee, my mother only works 15 hours a week, right? Feh.

Oh, and tenure is so that the money-driven school administrators can't fire an older teacher with experience just so they can hire a younger teacher who's still wet behind the ears. Would she like to be replaced at her one hour speaking engagements by some fresh out of high school idiot who doesn't know what she's talking about? I mean, after all, Coulter doesn't know what she's talking about either...

What I want to know is why you, or anyone else with a brain gives this cuntwaffle the air time of quoting her.

We all know she's full of shit. Why bother giving her the attention?
