When I say "no onions, no peppers, add mustard" that does not mean "no lettuce, no tomato, no mayo, no onions, no peppers, add mustard".

*sigh*

it's as bad as a Wendy's a while back where i asked "#2, ketchup mustard only" and they left the cheese off.

Reminds me on the time I had to go back into a Boston Market twice and they still didn't get it right, I gave up by that point. Is it really so hard to change a standard ham & swiss with mustard to ham & cheddar with no mustard? Apparently, for everyone who had been working at that particular store! One incarnation actually had the wrong meat (turkey) which I can only assume happened because the cheddar usually goes on that sandwich...

My worst was asking for a Bacon Cheeseburger, mayo only.

You guessed it, bread, burger, mayo.

I asked why they gave me the bun, since I had specifically asked for only mayo. They didn't get it. Sarcasm is wasted on fast food employees.

That one was classic. But do you remember going to the Subway by our first house and me ordering a BLT and having to explain that I wanted Bacon, and Lettuce, and Tomato on it?

You are ordering "off-menu" in a place where a high school education ( let alone English ) is not required, everyone taking orders makes minimum wage, and you wonder why there is a problem?
