science wins in ohio, kansas
Nov. 8th, 2006 08:54 amIn both Ohio and Kansas, school board elections were held today. It appears that all 4 Ohio Board of Ed candidates who ran on a pro-science, anti-ID platform have won. Ohio’s strongest ID proponent, Deborah Owens-Fink, lost to pro-science challenger Tom Sawyer. Fink mustered only 29% of the vote. In Kansas, the Republicans won most of their races, but thanks to the primary victories, all but 2 of those running were pro-science.
