I'm here @ home with a repair guy now, carrying on the annual tradition of fixing the damn thing in spite of everything i do to keep it working on my own...

update: all done.

important safety tip: i *really* need to remember there's a "safety" switch on the thing that actually works and to tap it after the system has had time to rest when it has to shut down because of over-use.

mind you, they also did the necessary inspection to keep our rates low as repeat customers, so it wasn't a total waste.

i'm going to go eat now.

and i certainly don't read emails (at first) that my spam filter caught and put into my Trash bin.

I just saw it just now.

i'm going to see if prismnet has restored the ability to control white-lists for spamassassin. soon after they took over io, they removed that configuration site and we were stuck with the defaults.
