I don't buy a fucking $5 thing of parmesean cheese for my office "chef boyardee" rush lunches just to have some over-eager "i gotta keep the fridge clean" jackass throw it out after i've only used it once.

I'd say put a big white label with your name and the expiration date on it... but they'd probably just ignore it. :-(
