Okay, look at those 3 nations you just mentioned:

- The French: 'nuff said.
- The Chinese: known for giving up or aborting girl babies
- The Russians: human rights r' us, NOT!

on the other hand, they still collectively make up about 1/3 of the population of the world, and the UN likes them more than us right now, especially after the president's knee-jerk reaction the the guant-bay report.
