i'm allergic to my office building

i've gotten to the point of only one sneeze per night @ home...

...and a minimum of 5 to 10 during the day and going through a box of kleenax in a week.

its driving me nuts.  this is WITH clariton.  nasalcrom doesn't help either.

might be mold or dust in the heating ducts...especially since heaters are starting to get turned on.

Nasalcrom is useless. Try getting a prescription for Flonaise or Nasonex. A humidifier and a cheap air purifier helps keep the dust and mold down somewhat as well. I also highly recommend Neti pots. You can take one to work and flush your nose out during the day if things get bad but I've noticed a huge difference with just using it once or twice a day at home.
