considering I wrote this 18 months ago, it should be noted that alongside the Fantasia Blu-Ray I also picked up Sorcerer's Apprentice (mind you, because Amazon had a bundling sale, $10 off).

Course, you could have just saved the $10 with the coupon on Disney's web site. They also had one for SA.

knowing i was in canada on the day of release, i just went with amazon. i normally wait for costco to get things for disney (though they were pretty late getting Maters Tall Tales).

we just watched Sorcerer's Apprentice last night! it was pretty cute. we were doubly impressed by the amount of actual effects they used and how little they relied on CGI. it was well done.

we were both thinking "wow! the CGI flames look really real!" well duh, because they WERE real. lol
