TV host Jon Stewart named most influential man of 2010 - Yahoo! News UK:

Stewart, who will host U.S. President Barack Obama on "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" this week before holding a "Rally to Restore Sanity" at the weekend, claimed the No. 1 spot in an annual survey of about 500,000 readers of AskMen (http://www.askmen.com), a men's lifestyle website.

...because if he was THAT influential, the Tea Party wouldn't be on the verge of so many victories in a week.

actually, this is about to be akin to an Onion post of a while back. The Tea Party is so dead-set against politicians that they're actually going to elect (gasp) politicians (just with less experience) to replace them.
