My iPhone has even soured my running. I thought when I got it that being able to use Pandora while running would be a nice change of pace, so to speak. The trouble is that I can hear every text message, every email, and every missed call. What was once a chance to clear my mind now leaves me guilty for all that I am not tending to.for me, the "addiction" is the collection of RSS feeds in google reader, and knowing that every moment i'm not keeping up with them and reading (or just marking as read) is more time i'll have to take later. Yes, this is even more bothersome than facebook addiction, because what it means is that in my limited time online the next time, i'll have more work to do to clear out the rss backlog before i can actually start catching up the facebook. ;-)
