CNN has appearantly mis-represented the quote used by Reagan in his speech on the Challenger astronauts this past weekend as being written by Reagan himself, which is utterly incorrect (and Reagan knew it at the time).

argh.

first the pledge and now this.

at least reagan didn't SAY he was quoting it directly. he was kind of... modifying what he remembered the previous quote to be. which is technically okay. it's just kind of funny now to look back and see the people who quoted him, quoted the poem (incorrectly) and quoted themselves quoting themselves all over again.
