so after packing to 2am, 3 hours sleep, a 1hr delay, 4 hour flight, a 2 hr layover, half an hour to get the luggage, dinner, and walking 3 blocks for advil, we are now ready to...

just for those first two days, before heading out to the grand canyon. we're back now at carriage house, a small (only 8 stories tall) place surrounded by the monorail, mgm grand, marriott grand chapeau, and planet hollywood. no casino here, so nice and quiet. it is usually a timeshare place, offering spare rooms in the off season.
