but it's still the case now, and will be for the rest of the month and well into September.

As such, no Harry Potter IMAX here in the DC area, while an IMAX theater will basically sit mostly empty holding a blockbuster that's outlived its usefulness in theaters, even to the studio that made it and is now much more concerned with pushing GIJoe.

I know part of the movie was filmed there, but enough is enough guys...

See, Natural History is a 20 min walk for me. I didn't get round to Star Trek on Museum Imax 'cause it was out at Udvar Hazy while Natural History had Night @ the Musuem. wow, the latter's been there a while.

by "DC area" do you mean in the District or the burbs? cuz the Columbia Mall AMC theatre has the IMAX screen. It is now showing the HP6 movie. And I'm sure it will show GIJoe there too. As well as Transformers. :D Have ur IMAX and see it too! (PS: Star Trek was flippin sweeeeet on their screen).
