That show has cursed me...of course, so have all the others.

Well, she did cut her hair shorter. It used to be bone straight and reach all the way down to her butt. And she doesn't have half the Laurel twang in her voice now that she did then.

Margaret (well, actually, Klinger) had lost the ring. they get cheap local to make a new one. he screws up and etches in "our love will ever fail".

They all hope she doesn't notice, but eventually she does, gets mad, gets forgiving, the usual.

Later, they see the clamp's inscription (done by same local) and that's when Hawkeye, for the episode's punchline, yells out "THERE'S THE N!".
