...from the partial opening of the Sterling Blvd @ 28 overpass (Sterling Blvd to 28 southbound gets a cloverleaf and southbound 28 traffic doesn't have to stop unless turning left onto Sterling), and there's an accident.

Happened last night, around 630pm.

People are stupid...
