find an image, copy it's url or download it and re-upload it, then you can use that to trim it and add whatever text you want.
if using firefox, install the referenced extension and there'll be a new menu item when you right-click on an image. install with options will give you the ability to trim and add text.
use google to find mash images, there's plenty out there.
