I wonder how many 300 millionth people there are. If somebody dies between the 300 millionth person and the next person, then to both get to make the claim? Or only the first 300 millionth person? (Yes, I realize that we'll never know who the actual 300 millionth is, but as a speculative question, I wanna know!)
