is somehow breaking news worthy of my short and expensive attention as a "Top Story" among all of the national and international news that actually, you know, affects people.

Public safety and freedom of expression for the purposes of redressing grievences are hardly comparable.

And yeah, "there are restrictions on everything", but that doesn't mean we should encourage increasing those restrictions.

New Who Community to complain about New Who Communities!

I've now created the community dw_commplaints as a place for normal, non-obsessive Dr. Who fans to complain about the recent surge of communities reflecting every tiny aspect of Who history, rather than simply allowing the main Dr. Who community discuss the topic at large.
