Cheese Encheladas
2. What did you like then that you don't like now?
Chocolate. Cake. Most desert items, in fact.
3. What didn't you like then that you like now?
salad dressings besides french. spicy chili.
4. Wha's the most recent food that you didn't used to like that you've changed your mind on?

faireraven made me try. its rare i'll go "i like it", but i'll at least go as far as "ok, it doesn't suck like i thought it did/would".
update: Actually, it was a particular type of wheat bread (I was raised solely on white bread, which drives cyd absolutely bonkers...)

Capt. Moone's wedding BBQ, the first time I found a Scotch I really liked [Glendronach 15].
