this was a sad sad year for the Macy's parade i thought. lots of flubs and errors and only two performers performed live. :(

Date: 2008-11-28 03:34 pm (UTC)the difference now, i suppose, is back then, like doing the muppet show, they would at least re-record the material rather than lip sync to the original recording (when we know their voice doesn't sound anything like that anymore...).
then again, there was fears of Macy's totally disappearing in the last recession, so I suppose we should be, erm, thankful.
