yeah...whatever happened to "If the jury convicts, it's because he was guilty and the prosecution managed to produce enough evidence to support it."?

oh yeah, i forgot which case this was.

it's far too late for guilt or innocence to mean anything anymore given all that's happened, and how much our constitution was ripped apart by the madmen who detained him.
