The Post Office that was closed was on 43rd between 5th and 6th.

We were @ the Club Quarters, on 45th between 5th and 6th, 3 "short" blocks away from Rockefeller and a mere 1 long block away from Times Square.

The "cheap" rooms have windows that view the building A/C on top of the restaurant/conference room floor (2nd floor). if the other buildings around it weren't taller, they probably would have made it a rooftop terrace. the main building's only 12 stories tall, and tiny - the only ice machine is in the basement.

the room was nice; merely the view sucked.

St. Andrew's, Manhattan, 44th st, between 6th and 7th Avenue, about a block away from Times Square.

They've got a stash of the Glenmorangie 15 hidden away, if asked. But only if asked, it's not on the menu. ;)

COOL
