acroyearOk, so 9/11 happens and security has to tighten up and all that. Fine. But what are the DoD and CIA doing getting involved in monitoring transactions and behavior of American citizens on American soil when 1) their jurisdiction of responsibility is foreign countries, and 2) not a single mass-killing terrorist act aside from Oklahoma City was conducted by an American citizen?
