Edaphosaurus, a 280MA reptile (technically, pelycosaur) from Walking with Monsters.
Strange as it may seem, this is likely an ancestor or closely related to one, as its one of the earliest reptiles to start the transition to mammals: the order is the first with multiple styles of teeth.
