acroyearI was right in the middle of this last night, driving into silver spring down colesville road. Had I been 2 minutes later and i would have been totally stuck (and possibly the car struck).
part of me still wants to know how they managed to get from tysons/gallows road to silver spring in less than 10 minutes. I *SAT* on the beltway for 45 minutes starting at 6pm and it was showing no signs of easing...
