About the only film he's "not Will Ferrell" in is The Producers, and that's 'cause he didn't originate the role, so Brooks and Co could actually remind him that he's to be an actor, not a character in his own image.

Actually, I think it's just to keep from having to give Weird Al another Grammy when he finally gets around to his "best of" polka compilation album...
