With apologies to Bob Gorrell (the Bush image), and Matt Groening (the Life in Hell image). The statement just cried out to me to be cut together. (and actually, I used GIMP, not photoshop, but there you go...).
Of course, one has to wonder what the Groening rabit represents here...the American public? God? Satan? Some extra-terrestrial? Who has this power to loom over Bush, leaving him making excuses, and holding him responsible?
