Unsweet Ice Tea. That's it. I get my caffeine hit, I get no calories, I get something with a flavor I like so it's not "water". If that's not available, then I'm highly likely to drink too much. very depressing...though never at the time ('cause I'm drinking beer or scotch that tastes too good to notice).

I'm with you on the diet drinks, though. The only ones I can tolerate are Diet Dr Pepper and Coke Zero - so when I have to have soda, it'll be one of those.
