2. Thinking in my head "Korean Clamp Will Never Fail"
   
   
3. Then thinking "There's the 'N'!"
   
   
4. finding out faireraven was thinking exactly the same thing...

That show has cursed me...of course, so have all the others.

Margaret (well, actually, Klinger) had lost the ring. they get cheap local to make a new one. he screws up and etches in "our love will ever fail".

They all hope she doesn't notice, but eventually she does, gets mad, gets forgiving, the usual.

Later, they see the clamp's inscription (done by same local) and that's when Hawkeye, for the episode's punchline, yells out "THERE'S THE N!".
